Shwaas (श्वास) means breath — the key to our mind, emotions, and life force. At Shwaas, we harness the power of conscious breathing and movement to go beyond physical yoga, creating a practice that heals, empowers, and transforms.

Priyanka Garg, the heart behind Shwaas. With over two decades of yoga practice, she blends the wisdom of ancient scriptures with the creativity of expressive arts.
Her journey began in the world of fashion design and professional dance with Shiamak Davar, but life’s challenges led her to yoga were she understood the importance of breath—a path that healed her body, mind, and spirit. Since then, she has devoted herself to sharing this gift with others.
She is trained in Advanced Yoga, Pre & Postnatal Yoga, Yoga for Cancer Patients, Sound Healing, Mudras, and Pranayama, and brings insights from the Bhagavad Gita and Yoga Sutras into her teachings. Her certification in Expressive Arts from Swahansa makes her approach uniquely holistic—where movement, breath, and creativity meet.
Over the years, she has transformed the lives of 10,000+ people worldwide—from corporates and NGOs to women, children, and celebrities—and also serves as Indian Director for Women’s Health at CINS (Canada India Networking System).
